共享一下来自CIM用户组的最新资料,请看附件。
增加西门子100 bus的CIM/XML文件实例，大家可以参考一下，互操作一般使用这个标准文件。

Siemens has missed last two InterOp tests. The CIM/XML file you shared must be downloaded from CIM Yahoo group. It was too old, not compatible with CIM 11, which has changed a lot. I have the latest InterOP CIM/XML files from Areva, GE, ABB, and EDF. These files can be downloaded from InterOP Yahoo Group. But this group is only for members. 呵呵，行家来了，这个文件还是蛮经典的，国内现在还在用这个版本，去年的10月的国内第6次互操作还基于这个版本来做的，CIM 11的版本改的太快，在国内还没有跟上，看看明年是否能跟上。
